We collect only the information you choose to provide through the application form:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your company name, website, industry and your role.
• Details about the raise, such as the amount, the stage of the company, what the money is for, your timeline and whether you have raised before.
• A link to your pitch deck, if you choose to share one, and anything else you add in the notes.

When you click Next on the first step, we receive your name, email, company and raise amount even if you do not finish the second step. This allows us to follow up if you do not complete the application.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived at the site, and the general type of device and location. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not send it your name, email, phone number or anything else you enter in the application.

The site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

While you fill out the application, your answers from the first step are kept in your browser’s session storage so they carry over to the second step. That storage is cleared when you submit or close the tab.

• To review your application and assess whether our services are a fit.
• To contact you about your application by email or phone.
• To keep a record of the people who have applied to work with us.

Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to our business email. Google provides our website analytics, as described above. We do not share your information with anyone else, except:

• With your permission.
• When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.
• With our attorneys or accountants, when needed to run the business.

We keep application information for as long as we need it to review your application and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email sugar@sugartimeinc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit who can see application information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, bank details or account numbers through the form.

The site links to our pages on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
